Re-Lining Main Sewer Line
Sewer pipe relining, is the insertion of a pipe liner inside an existing pipe. The pipe liner consists of a flexible, fiber tube that is hardened and cured with a resin that hardens when fully expanded inside a pipe. For many aging sewer lines that are cracking or showing signs of age, this is an alternative to replacing the entire line.
This is typically the most cost effective way of repairing a broken pipe that does not need to be completely replaced. The life of a relined pipe is between 40-60 years, making this an ideal alternative for many.
Sewer Line Repairs and Replacement
Sewer line repairs and replacements cover many issues that may occur within your sewer line. This can be as simple as repairing a small section of the main line to a complete repair and relocation of the sewer line from underneath the home. Repairs and replacement will depend on the severity of the issue or on the scope of work. Many home owners or property investors will choose to do a complete replacement or relocation of the main sewer line for reasons such as adding an additional dwelling unit (ADU), an addition to a home, breaks in the line, aging cast iron needing replacement, and much more. Pipe Bursting
Pipe bursting is a method by which the existing pipe is opened and forced outward by a bursting tool. A hydraulic or pneumatic expansion head (part of the bursting tool) is pulled through the existing main line without the need to dig up the entire line.
This service is ideal for those needing a replacement for the main line in an area you may not want to, or be able to dig up. Such as under concrete, under custom tile, a deep line in a front yard, and more.

The sewer lateral is a buried pipe (typically 4 inches in diameter then sizing up to 6” from your property line out to the the city sewer) that connects a building's plumbing system from the foundation to the public sewer main located in the street, an alley, or an easement.
